Teamwork Energy Circle
I was asked to create an Energy Circle to encourage Team Work. Whether it is in the office, or at home, tasks can be easily and joyfully accomplished when we work TOGETHER as a Team. This Teamwork Energy Circle can be used to broadcast Switchwords to the whole Team.
Put the names of the Team members inside the Energy Circle, above the Switchphrase, and whatever the project is below the Switchphrase. If the desire is to just have Teamwork in general, with no specific Focus (project), the area below the Switchphrase can be left blank.
Teamwork Energy Circle Components/Attributes:
First, I chose an Energy Circle previously defined as the CONSIDER NOW Energy Circle. CONSIDER is a Switchword, meaning to be a fixer of things, and NOW is a Switchword for acting on good impulse, and for being in the now.
CONSIDER NOW Energy Circle Attributes: Pointed Red Flooded Rays surround, engulf and permeate the contents with immediate focused attention and stimulation of passion and power. Orange is for creative thinking and enthusiasm, and freeing of the mind and body. Yellow is for awareness, alertness, brightening, ability and awakening. Light Green Flood is to softly and gently surround, engulf and permeate the focus with new life, growth and balance.
The Pointed Rays help concentrate the energy from this Energy Circle. Tear the Energy Circle after 24-48 hours to release the energy and get fast results.
The CONSIDER NOW Energy Circle can be used to help solve impasses and get projects back online.
