I set up this experiment 69 days ago. The picture on the left was taken after 30 days, the picture in the middle 50 days and the picture on the right was taken after 69 days (with the second tomato having been set out separate on the counter for 18 days).
Now at 82 days (8/10/11) here is the same tomato, including a picture of the bottom side:

New updates: Below are pictures taken on September 2, 2011, after 105 days (tomato first put on the card fresh on May 19). The tomato on the bottom corner has been sitting just on the corner of the paper, not on the image since July 9, 2011.

How about laminating some of these VBI MN cards and placing them in the veg trays of your fridge!
I see it as a food preserver!!
