First, picture the Switchphrase as water. Now, to look at the different scenarios:

Saying the Switchphrase once is like dipping your hands in water.
Your hands get wet and stay wet for a period of time if you do not dry them off, but after a while they do dry off.  A Switchphrase said once affects you for a period of time, but if you "dry it off" (cancel it by going into a negative thought space), the time it is working for you may be shortened.

A Switchphrase in an Energy Circle continuously sends the Switchphrase to your energy.
Think of the Switchphrase as perhaps a continuous flow of water such as a shower.

A Switchphrase in an Energy Circle with the Emotional Freedom vial set inside the Energy Circle as well continuously sends the Switchphrase more than 28,000 times to your energy field.
Think of the Switchphrase as perhaps a pond or a swimming pool full of water that you can immerse yourself in and enjoy.

A Switchphrase prefaced with "Switch" in an Energy Circle with the Emotional Freedom vial continuously sends the Switchphrase nearly 28 million times to your energy field.
Think of the Switchphrase as perhaps an ocean of water that you can relax in, immerse yourself and just feel free.

Though you can swim in a pool often, and wash your hands or shower often, the sensation does not compare at all with swimming in the ocean. Even if you do not have the EF vial continuously in the Energy Circle with "Switch" and the Switchphrases, the difference between just the Switchphrases and having Switch in it to run with the EF vial is enough to make it much more worthwhile to have "Switch" than not to.

Though a regular Energy Circle is limited to three (3) Switchphrases, when used with the Emotional Freedom vial, and adding "Switch" before each Switchphrase, there is no known limit to the number of Switchphrases that can be called.  Please do note, however, that the phrases are not broadcast, however, unless the Emotional Freedom vial is set inside the Energy Circle.
